Color and Sound is a music visualization application delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA). The Service processes audio input to generate real-time visual displays.
3. Use of the Service
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use Color and Sound for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:
- Visualizing music for personal enjoyment
- Creating content for personal social media
- Using Focus Mode for productivity
- Live streaming with visualizations (personal or hobby use)
3.2 Commercial Use
The standard license permits personal and light commercial use (e.g., small streamers, indie artists). For large-scale commercial use (venues, major productions), please contact us.
3.3 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Redistribute the Service as your own product
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent payment or licensing restrictions
4. Audio and Content
4.1 Your Content
You are responsible for the audio you play through Color and Sound. The Service only processes audio locally and does not store, transmit, or share your audio content.
4.2 Copyright
Color and Sound does not grant you rights to any music or audio you don't already have rights to. If you visualize copyrighted music, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate licenses for any public use.
5. Payments and Purchases
5.1 Free Tier
Color and Sound offers a free tier with full features and a usage limit. This may change over time.
5.2 One-Time Purchase
The full version is available as a one-time purchase. This grants you a perpetual license to use the current version and future updates.
5.3 Refunds
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. Contact us at support@colorandsound.app. Refund policies may also be governed by the app store or payment provider.

7. Disclaimers

While we discuss research on focus and attention on our website, Color and Sound is not a medical device or treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including ADHD.
If you are photosensitive or have epilepsy, please use caution with visual effects. You can reduce visual intensity in settings.
